A day long activity, outside, with all the teams in order to empower competition through colaboration
REQUEST
Celebrate the anniversary of the company which faces high demand in a short period of time and with limited resources. They need to levarage the opportunities available and ask for employers believe in themselves. The client need to approach competition to deliver large projects within time record and the mentality of professional players is the best analogy to persue the hardest goals in professional life
EXPERIENCE
Based on the company designs and dna, we wrote a drama story where an assault occured while transporting modules for the client.
An original narrative jumps out in a form of an exclusive website inviting all colaborators to help in the mission.
After 5 days, all colaborators gather together in an gorgeus park where the tasks are assigned and a quest on the outdoors begin. Several characters are carefully characterized to represent pro players in their on sports and other experts across music, teaching and cosplay.
Participants need to spot them all, solve the mistery in each character while gaining money, trading, collecting stamps and increase points to open the final chest within time.
At the end, every map from each team assembles together to create an art installation to celebrate the day and remember that only competing with ourselves and collaborating with each other, is possible to achieve incredible goals in short periods of time
IMPACT
Participants were working with their own small team but only colaborating with all other teams were able to achieve higher goals within time.
